Reiki Jin Kei Do
Reiki Jin Kei Do is a gentle yet powerful healing practice that works with the natural energy that flows through all living things. If you are new to Reiki, think of it as a way of helping the body and mind return to balance. It is deeply relaxing, supportive, and nurturing – often described as feeling like a calm, restorative “reset” for your whole system. The words Jin Kei Do mean The Way of Compassion and Wisdom. This lineage of Reiki not only uses the universal life force energy for healing but also integrates meditation and mindfulness, supporting both physical wellbeing and inner peace. It is suitable for anyone, regardless of age or experience, and no belief system is required, to benefit. During a session, you remain fully clothed and simply lie or sit comfortably while I gently place my hands in specific positions or hover just above the body. Many people experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or a peaceful stillness. Reiki Jin Kei Do can help ease stress, improve sleep, release emotional blockages, and support your body’s natural healing process. Whether you are looking for a way to relax, to support your health, or to explore a deeper connection with yourself, Reiki Jin Kei Do offers a safe and compassionate space for you to receive exactly what you need.
We are now offering gentle family Reiki sessions which are designed especially for children and teenagers experiencing anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm, alongside a parent or sibling. Two family members receive Reiki at the same time in the same room, supported by two practitioners working together in a calm, nurturing environment. While only two people are treated per session, families are welcome to book multiple sessions if more members wish to receive care. Receiving Reiki together can help:
Settle the nervous system
Support emotional regulation
Encourage a sense of safety, grounding, and connection
Create space for the body’s natural healing intelligence to respond
Sessions are offered by myself and my teenage daughter, bringing a unique, gentle, and relatable dynamic that can feel especially reassuring for young people.
