Whispering Wave Family Reiki Session Supporting calm, connection, and regulation for families 30-minute session | Two practitioners | Two family members at a time £50 per session (for two family members) This gentle family Reiki session is designed especially for children and teenagers experiencing anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm, alongside a parent or sibling. Two family members receive Reiki at the same time in the same room, supported by two practitioners working together in a calm, nurturing environment. While only two people are treated per session, families are welcome to book multiple sessions if more members wish to receive care. Receiving Reiki together can help: Settle the nervous system Support emotional regulation Encourage a sense of safety, grounding, and connection Create space for the body’s natural healing intelligence to respond Sessions are offered by myself and my teenage daughter, bringing a unique, gentle, and relatable dynamic that can feel especially reassuring for young people.
